Privacy notice
Updated 16 October 2026
How information is handled when you browse veydra.in or contact Veydra.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the public website at veydra.in. It does not describe the processing of supplier records inside Ardera, or replace privacy and data-handling arrangements for an authenticated product or pilot.
When you visit
Your browser sends technical connection information, such as your IP address, the requested page and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure so it can deliver the website and protect its operation. The website is currently hosted on Amazon Web Services.
The current public website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or account sign-in. Its fonts, images and videos are served from the website itself.
When you contact us
Email links open your own email application; clicking a link does not submit a form or send a message. If you email hello@veydra.in, Veydra receives your address and the information you choose to include so that your enquiry can be answered.
Mail hosting and delivery providers process correspondence as part of delivering it. The current setup uses a Veydra-hosted mailbox on AWS and SMTP2GO for outgoing delivery. Their notices are available from AWS and SMTP2GO.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive supplier documents through a general website enquiry.
Questions about your information
For questions about this notice, retention of correspondence, or information you have sent, contact hello@veydra.in. Tell us which correspondence your request concerns without including unnecessary sensitive details.
Changes to this notice
This page will be updated when the public website’s information-handling setup changes. The date above identifies the current notice. Product-specific processing must be agreed separately before production data is shared.
